Brandon has over 20 years of healthcare experience, 18 of those years spent at Kindred at Home (formerly Gentiva). Currently he is the CEO for AccordCare, a home care provider specializing in traditional ADL support, post surgery needs, and TBI and spinal cord recovery. Prior to AccordCare, Brandon was Chief Operating Officer of Kindred at Home overseeing 45,000 employees in home health, hospice, and private duty. Brandon helped grow a regional home care provider, Healthfield, from $80M in revenue across two states into the nations largest home health and hospice provider with revenues in excess of $2.5B and over 400 locations. He served in various finance and operational roles in the company, serving as a key leader with M&A, banking, electronic medical record expert, and strategic planning. Brandon also was a board member with DeVero, a homecare software company, before their sale to NetSmart. He holds a bachelor’s in finance and a Masters in Business Administration from Florida State University.
Rich joins Accordcare with 20 plus years as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. He has worked across multiple healthcare verticals within private equity-backed, for-profit, and non-profit companies. Rich lives in Connecticut with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, boating, and fishing.
Chris Foster is the Founder of A Hand To Hold one of the three agencies that formed AccordCare. He is a Gerontologist & Certified Senior Advisor and a certified trainer of the Rosalynn Carter Institute For Caregiving Dealing with Dementia. As an inspirational business leader who has started and grown five companies Chris brings 30 years of business operation management to AccordCare. He has extensive experience in business management, marketing, public speaking and leadership. Married, with four grown children and one grandchild, a love for travel and a zest for life.
Zack is our Vice President of Operations and has over 10 years of healthcare operations leadership experience. He holds a Bachelors in Health Administration from Indiana University and was previously the Area Vice President of Operations for Kindred at Home’s Georgia hospice operations. Zack lives in Atlanta with his family.
Ann Reen, RN and Vice President of Business Development at Allegiant Home Care. She developed a private pay service for the high net worth client, while helping to grow TBI/NHTD Waiver, MLTC programs and overseeing clinical care in New York City. She is married with four grown children and two dogs. When not working she spends time with her family, trying to keep in shape, loving the outdoors, and taking a photo of the sunset.
Cristy has over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse with extensive experience in home care working with special needs individuals. She received her Bachelor's in Nursing from Brenau University and a Master's in Business Administration from Jack Welch Management Institute. Cristy has spent her career in clinical and operational leadership roles. Her focus is ensuring individuals have the opportunity to be cared for safely in their own home. She spends much of her time advocating for those who can't always advocate for themselves.
Cristy founded Camp Trach Me Away, a summer camp for children with tracheostomies and ventilators. Cristy is married with two grown sons. She spends her free time with family and planning trips to the happiest place on earth, Disney.
For the past 8 years Katie has been helping families take care of a loved one at home and doing it with the highest level of skill and compassion. Prior to starting with Allegiant in 2018 she worked as the Director of Operations for Caring People and Bayada Home Health Care. A graduate of Fordham University’s Master’s of Social Work Program in 2002, Katie’s social work career has spanned all ages and disciplines including working with children and families who were the victims of child abuse at the Child Abuse Prevention Program and the Brooklyn Child Advocacy Center, as well as helping families with children diagnosed with disabilities at TheraCare of NY. A native New Yorker Katie lives in Brooklyn, NY with her 13 year old son.
Jennifer Gregor, LPN joins us with 22 years of nursing experience consisting of long-term care, hospital floor nursing, orthopedics, neuro rehab, and as a clinical liaison for both home health and hospice. She has had the honor of being a 2015 nominee for the AJC Nurse of the Year for her work in hospice. Jennifer has built her career on the platform for being a patient advocate, approaching each case as if they were her own family and treating them with the highest regard. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her rescue dogs Porsche and Josie, road cycling, mountain biking and traveling.
Vicki Roberts has over 10 years of project management and process improvement experience in the health care industry. She completed an undergraduate degree at Georgia State University and has a Masters in Health Communication from Boston University. She most recently worked with Anthem managing strategic initiatives and process development. She lives in Scottsdale AZ with her husband and 9 year old daughter and does a lot of running in her spare time!
Jeff Smith is originally from Nashville, and moved to Atlanta in 1973. He brings 30+ years of experience in training, recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration to the AccordCare team. An HR Generalist, in his working life Jeff has worn many hats in retail, banking, non-profit health cause, and home healthcare industries. For Jeff, the best part of working in Human Resources at AccordCare is the people he works with. What you can’t see in this profile is his passion, love of fun, and joy for life that he brings to the workplace. What he likes most about being an HR Professional is giving someone his or her first job opportunity or promotion, or the training they need to advance.
Jeff is an animal lover and has two chihuahuas. He also has three adult children and four grandchildren, two boys and twin girls. They are the joy of his life.
Robin Johnson has more than 25 years of progressively combined experience dedicated to leadership, professional recruiting and placement, team building and development. She started her professional career as a nurse where she practiced bedside nursing at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Research institution in New York City. After relocating to Atlanta, she continued in healthcare management, in addition to caring for patients in their home. She then transitioned into staffing, and recruitment. Robin brings over 17 years of leadership in Healthcare Recruitment to AccordCare.
Robin serves on the United Way, Greater Atlanta Advisory Board with a focus on Child and Family Well-Being. She enjoys traveling, exercising, spending time with her two daughters (ages 29 and 24), and two German Shephard dogs.
Arthur Oliva is our Director of Patient Services at Allegiant Home Care and is a board-certified nurse practitioner. He has extensive experience in home care working with the geriatric population. Arthur received his Master’s in Nursing from Hunter College-Bellevue School of Nursing in New York City. He has been in the nursing profession for over 16 years and is a strong advocate for kind and compassionate care. Arthur delivers strong clinical care to his patients, as well as training and education to the Allegiant Home Care front-line caregivers. Arthur is originally from the south but has been adopted as a native New Yorker after 24 years, and when he is not providing patient care, you can find him some where playing tennis.
